Ear candle treatment

Indian heat – A ceremony for head and ears

The ear candle is an ancient natural remedy, which is used by the natives of North and Central America, as well as by tribal people in the Indonesian-Asian region for over 900 years.

The ear candle is used by lighting one end of a hollow candle and placing the other end in the ear canal. A light suction action (chimney effect) which is caused by the movement of the flame creates a vibration of the air in the ear candle, which acts as a gentle massage of the eardrum. This leads to an intense feeling of pleasant warmth and a "liberating" perceived pressure balance in the ear, forehead and sinus areas. Ear candles are a natural product that is made from cotton fabric, beeswax, and, depending on variety, with honey extract and herbal supplements by hand.

The ear candle treatment is used for various disorders and as a preventive measure to:

- Susceptible to pathologies in the forehead, neck, nose, sinuses and ears

- Disturbances in the sinuses

- Diffuse sound in the ear

- Ringing in the ears

- Ear pain of unknown origin

- Chronic ear problems

- Hearing impairment (acute or old age)

- Head pressure

- Migraine

- Blood circulation problems in the ear

- runny nose

- Nasal congestion

- Lymph blockage in the throat and neck area.

For children, the treatment is highly recommended, since they respond very well to it.
